Library staff have been made aware that when users are borrowing books, our self-service kiosks are sometimes giving incorrect due dates on the receipts at the end of the transaction. This is due to the kiosks ‘Americanising’ the date format. Your books have been issued to the correct date on Alma – the Library management system.
If you have any doubt about the correct due date for your item(s), you can check them 24/7 from anywhere you have internet connection. Simply visit the Library homepage and sign-in to Hunter by clicking the ‘My Account‘ button in the middle of the page, or from the links in the left-hand navigation.
